Personalized Items
Personalized items are final sale for refunds, but I want you to love what you receive. If your personalized piece arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on my part, I'll gladly send a replacement or exchange at no cost to you. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Non-Personalized Items
For non-personalized items, I accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Please reach out before sending anything back so we can make sure it gets handled smoothly.
